In these terms and conditions the following words have the following meanings:

"Goods, merchandise, items, products" Tru Yardie Warriorz Attire and other goods made available for sale through and as described on the Website / Tru Yardie Warriorz online shop.

"you, customer" the person, firm or company who contracts to buy Goods from Tru Yardie Warriorz

These terms and conditions are the only conditions under which we are willing to sell Goods to you. These conditions can only be modified as set out in these conditions or by a variation in writing signed by a manager of Tru Yardie Warriorz.
These terms and conditions (including any documents referred to within them) contain all the terms on which we sell the Goods to you. They supersede any prior promises, representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations), undertakings or implications made.
Where you are a private consumer, nothing in these terms and conditions shall detract from your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to vary or amend these conditions from time to time. We will post a copy of the revised conditions on the Website / Online Shop. The conditions in force at the time we agree to sell Goods to you will apply to the contract between us for the sale of such Goods.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

A contract is only concluded when we notify you of our acceptance of your order. The Goods listed on the Website do not constitute an offer to sell on our part.
We reserve the right to reject an order for any reason. In particular this Website is targeted at customers in the United States of America and we reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from customers outside the United States of America
We will endeavor to issue any Goods we have agreed to sell to you within 14 days of the date of acceptance of the order. However time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract between you and us.
Orders that have been accepted by us will be dispatched by registered or recorded delivery post to the address you have notified to us.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price for the Goods is as listed on the Website as at the date and time you place an order. The price may be subject to additional delivery charges and we will tell you what these are at the time you place your order
All prices are payable in advance using the payment facility provided on the Website.
All items remain the exclusive property of Tru Yardie Warriorz until paid in full by the customer
The order is only considered for acceptation after payment has been completed. Until your payment for the order, Tru Yardie Warriorz is bound by no obligation whatsoever. These terms & conditions become valid only after payment has been made and the order accepted.
If you place an order with us but don't complete the payment, and don't make the effort to inform us per email or letter that you wish to cancel the order, we reserve the right to add you to our blacklist and refuse any orders from you in the future. Making repeated purchases on our website and not paying for them or completing the transaction is a sure way to get you on our black list, and blacklisted people will never again be able to order from us.

RETURNS POLICY

We always endeavor to supply quality Goods. However if you find that any Goods are damaged or faulty then please return them to us by registered or recorded post as soon as possible after you discover the damage or fault. Please specify the reason for the return. On receipt of such returned Goods we will at our option either:

issue replacement Goods and refund your reasonable postage costs in returning the damaged or faulty Goods
refund the value of the Goods in full together with your reasonable postage costs in returning the damaged or faulty Goods.

If you wish to exercise this right you must notify us in writing by post, fax or e-mail prior to the end of a period of seven (7) days after you receive the Goods.
You must then promptly return the Goods to us by registered or recorded post at your own expense.
Provided the Goods returned have not been worn, altered or damaged and are still in good condition and in their original packaging then we will issue you with a refund of the price paid for the goods. As the forfeit transportation amount is charged by our carriers / transport companies, we cannot refund you the value of the transport, only for the Goods themselves.
If we incur any liability for the costs of returning the Goods then we reserve the right to deduct these costs from the price to be refunded. This includes any taxes we will have to pay due to improper labeling the parcel as a "return".

ITEMS BOUGHT AS SPECIAL OFFERS OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED!!!
FOR HYGIENE REASONS, UNDERWEAR, LINGERIE AND PIERCING CANNOT BE RETURNED!

Please also note that both material and color of products are subject to variation and can differ from what you see on your screen. Please inquire to make sure the item exactly matches what you expect. Should you wish to return Goods because of different color or material, we will of course refund you according to the lines of our terms and conditions above. If these are met, we will fully refund you for the value of your order minus transportation costs.
